  1. How do I log into the Learning Library?

    • INSUREDS
      First-time users, please use the following login credentials:
      • User Name = Policy Number (ex. GWP123456A)
      • Password = greatwest

      • *You will be prompted to change your initial password once you log in.

        Login troubles?
        For login issues, please call the Technical Support Services at 877-792-3866 Ext. 300 between 8:00am – 5:00pm CST, Monday through Friday. Inform the operator you are an insured with Great West Casualty Company. You will need to provide your Company Name and Policy Number.

    • Agents
      First-time users, please use the following login credentials:
      • User Name = Agent Number
      • Password = greatwest

      • *You will be prompted to change your initial password once you log in.

  2. Why are my videos not playing?
    • It could be your download speed. A minimum of 10 mbps or more is needed to view the videos.
    • It could also be a compatibility issue. If using Internet Explorer:
      • Open your Internet Explorer browser and click on the “Settings” icon in the upper right.
      • Click on “Compatibility View Settings”
      • In the “Add this website:” field, make sure it says, “infinit-i.net”
      • If it does not, enter “infinit-i.net” and click the “Add button"
      • Close the screen

  3. I can't hear the videos.
    • Make sure your computer sound is not muted. Adjust the volume, if needed
    • Check your Sound settings
      • Click the "Start" button,
      • Select "Control Panel,"
      • Select "Hardware and Sound,"
      • Select "Sound,"
      • Click on the "Communications" tab,
      • Select the "Do Nothing" option,
      • Click the "Apply" button,
      • Click the "OK" button.

  4. The volume drops dramatically.
  5. At times, the volume drops dramatically for no apparent reason, and no matter how high you turn the volume, the sound remains at a very low level. It turns out this problem is caused by a "feature" in Windows 7 that is intended to soften the volume when communication activity is detected. Unfortunately, it activates at other times, as well. To troubleshoot no volume, please follow these steps:

    • In Internet Explorer, click the “Tools” button,
    • Go to “Internet Options,”
    • Click on the “Advance” tab,
    • Scroll down to “Multi-Media,”
    • Make sure the box is checked next to “Play Sounds in Webpages,”
    • Click the “Apply” button,
    • Click the “OK” button,
    • Re-start Internet Explorer,
    • Log back into training.
